Mary Beth Brust has deep experience in the development and operational aspects for ambulatory surgery centers (ASC).  For over 25 years Mary Beth has assisted private physician groups, hospitals and for-profit ASC companies establish joint ventures and partnerships.  The work includes independent single specialty to complex multi-specialty ASCs.     

Mary Beth's skills include operational efficiencies, project management and financial metrics.  Through many years of experience she can quickly evaluate issues that effecting the ASC to provide leadership the tools to successfully run the ASC.  

Compliance to state and federal regulations and accreditation standards are also integral to success.  Mary Beth is versed in ASC compliance from start-up to full operations.  She can assist your organization to prepare for any compliance issue or regulatory review.  

Development  of the strategic plan for an ASC is crucial if you are considering starting or modifying the ASC structure.  Mary Beth and HAN can work with your team to develop the plan and structure.  These structures can range from independent, partnerships or co-management agreements.  Mary Beth and HAN understand them all and have worked in all and are able to provide sound advice and leadership through the process.
