Ron Musilli has 25 years of experience as a CEO and executive director in the managed care industries. He has worked with such organizations as Summit Healthcare, United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem and Principal Health Care.
He has a consistent track record of attaining and surpassing financial and growth goals within the private, investor-owned and not-for-profit companies. His particular expertise is attaining operational and bottom line objectives, including market environment diagnosis, revenue enhancement, strategy development, new product and vision creation, board and team leadership and marketing programs.
Ron has proven success with assisting companies, educational institutions and organizations with work force and economic development and job training programs in the greater Dayton market area. Ron was the OEDA Economic Development/Volunteer of Excellence in workforce development for the State of Ohio in 2012.
Ron currently serves as a Director for Healthcare Advisory Network, LLC and is an adjunct professor for master level studies in healthcare administration.
Additionally, he assists in numerous advisory roles in local not-for-profit organizations to better the community.
