Kristi Crowe, MPT

Kristi Crowe is a healthcare connector who has leveraged her clinical, management, and consulting experience to assist hundreds of health systems and thousands of providers develop and execute enterprise and service line strategies that balance their growth, outcomes, and financial performance goals in the context of the evolving and future healthcare landscape.

Kristi worked as a Regional Director for 6 years at Accelero Health Partners, a subsidiary of Zimmer Orthopedics, developing and implementing service line plans via long-term engagements. She was also a Principal at Sg2 for 7 years where she was responsible for Orthopedics Intelligence, the Sg2 Orthopedics forecast, and leading enterprise and service line consulting projects.

A passionate advocate for the patient experience, Kristi has supported healthcare organizations in stakeholder alignment, market expansion, partnership creation, and strategy development and execution resulting in multi-million-dollar performance improvement results.

Kristi also leads the National Ambulatory Healthcare Innovators Group, a national group of healthcare leaders focused on advancing healthcare in the ambulatory setting. Kristi works with HAN as an independent subject matter expert.
