Please join us at  ACTIVITY IS POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS at our venue for an informative discussion on HR issues Presented by Dennis Swearingen, COO of Paymaster, HR.

Overview of the program:

Have you ever thought seriously about the effects of your organization’s retention, or lack thereof? High retention levels can make a company more efficient and profitable than those who experience constant turnover. But why do employees stay at your company and, inversely, why do they leave? Believe or not, the retention of your employees can make it or break it for your organization!

Come and learn different ways to increase and maintain higher retention levels for your organization.

  1. What are employees looking for?
  2. Learn how not to be the reason employees leave your organization
  3. Make your company a place where people want to work

Dennis Swearingen has over 34 years of extensive human resources experience in all facets of HR. He has successfully managed large HR teams in various industries, providing services to employees including payroll and benefits administration, HR compliance, safety & workers' compensation, risk management and leadership training. Dennis has been able to develop substantial cost savings and cost avoidance programs through the human resources service model to help companies save hundreds of thousands of dollars. He has served in a leadership role through nearly all of his career and credits his leadership capabilities through his athletic experiences in high school and as a quarterback at Ohio University.
